What is Remote Support?
Remote support is where we fix your IT faults from a remote location, without having to come onsite to your office. This means a faster turnaround time for you and quick after hours emergency IT support. Using remote support software, we can log into your machine and perform most tasks like software updates, archiving, server updates, antivirus fixes, or just to talk you through how to do something in more detail.
